H. E. Ambassador Mr. Robert Kvile assumed the post of Permanent Representative of Norway to the OSCE on 5 September 2011.
Ambassador Kvile has been in the Norwegian foreign service since 1987, and has previously served as Ambassador to Pakistan (2009-2011) and Consul General in Murmansk, the Russian Federation (2000-2002).
