Delegasjonen er samlokalisert med Den kongelige norske ambassade i Wien, og jobber tett opp mot OSSEs institusjoner ved organisasjonens hovedkvarter i Østerrikes hovedstad.

The celebration of the 20th anniversary of the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities took place in The Hague on 7 March. Over the 20 years only three persons have held this lofty office: Max van der Stoel, Rolf Ekeus and Knut Vollebæk. Norwegian OSCE Ambassador Robert Kvile presented the following greeting from the Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide to the High Commissioner:
